I am administering a site which offers webhosting to certain users. One of our users has redirected her site to an external domain. Now she is unable to get back into her DNN site within our site. How do I resolve this?

It all depends on what they did.

Did they change DNS? Did they add a JS Redirect in DNN?

She doesn't know what she did herself. She has a sub portal within our site.
She rang me to say that she can't get back to her site because when she types in the address I set up for her
it automatically goes to the site she set it up to redirect to.

The only thing I can think of that she may have done is change the site map URL within her site through Admin, Site Settings

Site Map URL doesn't matter. You could try logging in a host to your main portal. Switch to Design Mode, then go to her portal.

My guess is she has a JS redirect.

Anything else, I would have to poke around in the db to try and find it.
