I want to develop a WAP model DNN module which is supporting for both DNN 4.x.x versions and DNN 5.x.x versions. Also I need to apply separate themes set for my selected clors for the view of the module. How can I do this. I have not develop modules to apply themes for module. Please can you advice me to solve these issues.

Well, it all depends on what you are talking about when you mention "Themes".

DotNetNuke does not support ASP.NET themes, but you could make a module fully HTML templatable so that you could control the look and feel for different instances. News Articles by Ventrian is a good example.
