 Hi, 

i have create some html and css in Portal/_skin_default folder, now i want to know that i can i configure this template so that i can use this template for the new pages............

If you are talking about a dnn skin you will need to have it parsed into a skin, you can do this from the "Skins" option in the menu.

WHat parse will do?
for example, i have cerated html page and css,,i copy the files in skins folder and click on parse, will it will create a new skin based on the files i ave created?

Yes, that parse process takes an HTML skin with tokens and converts it to an .ascx skin for usage with DNN.
