I am already running a site 4.4.1 on an XP Pro machine? I would like to add another is it possible? any how too's ? TIA

Yes you can, just simply use a different folder, virtual directory, and database name when you install the second instance!

I would also recommend to chnage the Web Project name (if your using the source).
