I found your blog on upgrading to 4.9 from 4.8.x, but not one on doing a new install of 4.9 to a local XP machine. Is there anything to be aware of regarding this installation that would be different from other recent versions? Thanks, Ed

I followed your 4.8.3 Local install instructions and all seems to be working well. Thanks for providing all the good information that you do. Ed
