I have a site that gives a trial subscription to a customer for x period of time, and then removes the "trial" role, and puts them in a "trial expired" role. Is there a way to automatically have an email sent to these people when they are removed from the "trial" role, and put into the "trial expired" role. For marketing purposes, I would like to send an automatic email that thanks them for trying the system, and offers a special deal. The script that was programmed to remove them from the "trial" role follows the DNN standard. |
