Mitch, I was reviewing your blog and noticed you have "Categories". I didn't think DNN supported categories, and I was wondering how you did this. Are these just child blogs? Thanks, -shnar

Shanr, I am using the Ventrian News Articles module from (http://www.ventrian.com) rather than the core DNN Blog module for my blog. That is how I was able to acheive the different look and function. I custom skinned their module to meet my site layout.

Interesting. It's one of the quibbles I have with DNN's blog system (that and, well, it's DNN-ish, so there's a little learning curve for non-techies) is that I can't categorize my blogs. I was comparing DNN against CommunityServer, and while their blog system is more user-friendly, I like DNN's plethora of modules that a lot of my clients will find useful. -shnar

There is always that balance that you have to strike when choosing systems. You just have to pick the right combination for you.
