Where do I translate the "Enter the code shown above" of the Captcha, and the "Submit"?

I looks like the Name and Location do not support UTF-8 characters in the list view (I get "???? ????"<img src=" border=0>, though they appear correctly in the e-mail notification.

The code for Enter the code shown above is part of the DNN Captcha, I am actually not 100% sure how to localize that text.....I'll have to look into that... I might have to make a quick modification to the module.

I believe the submit button should be an item in the listing of resource keys already, if it is not I'll get an update very soon for that.

A fix for the UTF-8 characters is planned for the next release of the module, it involves data type changes on the SQL Server tables.

I hope to have a new release in about a week at most.
