Subject: 3 Essentials email filtering?

Is the email spam filtering at 3 Essentails hosting effective? I'm have been using hosting that provides the Barracuda email firewall for email spam filtering. Is the spam filtering at 3 Essentials as effective as the Barracuda firewall?

I have not used Barracuda, but 3Essentials does a really good job....
