The Image Shrinker application is a utility that will allow you to quickly resize one or more pictures with ease.  This feature rich application is a must have if you frequently resize images to save storage space, make thumbnails, or prepare for web delivery.  It has the ability to create thumbnails if needed to allow you to create photo albums complete with thumbnails.  Below is a detailed feature listing.
