Thanks, for your reply ... the permissions are set correctly. I have since successfully installed DNN 4.6.0 on a remote server using another of your "excellent" tutorial. However, I have the exact same issue with that install ... When attempting to access the site using the link: http://www.anydaypetservices.com/default.aspx I receive the 403 forbidden error - this was the same issue I was having with the local installation. However, I can access the site via the link http://www.anydaypetservices.com/default.aspx?tabid=36 Another issue i have is that if I click the header logo on either the local or remote site, it tries take me to: http://www.anydaypetservices.com/install/Default.aspx but I get the error: Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.
