IowaComputerGurus and MitchelSellers.com is now offering a DotNetNuke Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure that you can get your questions/issues resolved in a timely manner.  Our services are no way linked to the services provided by DotNetNuke Corporation, we are an independent software consulting firm that is well versed in DotNetNuke.  Our offerings are similar to DotNetNuke however we have better response commitments including responses over weekends and holidays with all plans!

What is covered?

Within our SLA services will will provide guaranteed support for issues related to DotNetNuke Installation, Configuration, Upgrades, Module Development, Skin Development, and Performance Tuning.  The important item to note is that this service level agreement does NOT provide you with a contract for set price module development but it provides you access to knowledgeable individuals for support when it comes ot issues that arise with Module Development including code reviews of developed modules.  Custom module development services are available outside of this SLA agreement, please visit the "Software Solutions" section of this website for more information.

Why are you cheaper?

A common question that we are asked is why is our SLA service so much cheaper than DotNetNuke Corporations offering. The answer to this is fairly simple we are a smaller organization and will only be accepting a limited number of SLA customers and we have a smaller staff to compensate for their time.  DotNetNuke Corporation will employ the assistance of the entire DotNetNuke core team which can result in much higher costs than our organization.

What experience do you have?

We have been working with DotNetNuke for over 2 years now and during this time we have assisted hundreds of individuals through many issues that have been encountered over all aspects of DotNetNuke.  We have also been working with .NET development since .NET was released in 2002, so you can rest assured that we know how the underlying technologies work.  Customer references are available upon request.

** Initally an e-mail based system will be used before the migration to the Online Support System in Q4 2007
*** No limites on when in the year a support incident may be used. Extra indicents are available for an additional charge
**** For immediate assistance if this service is purchased a telephone number will be provided to initiate a support request and usage of the Online Support System will not be needed. (This will result in typically immediate response for these issues)
